A People are hunting a seriously good Applications Business Developer for a technology provider serving the top one hundred companies in Ireland. Their business is to design, develop and support IT systems that you cannot buy off the shelf to suit your requirement, either from scratch or using third party applications.

High Growth But Secure Company
Their company is in high growth and hence need a strong business development manager to add to the team in order to
maintain and maximise that growth. As well as .NET and Java,  as an strategic partner of Oracle, the company focuses on the Oracle Middleware stack and has several projects in train using the Oracle Middleware suite.

Role
The purpose of this role is to broaden their approach to include sales of the software through their formal partnership with Oracle. The successful candidate will be required to intelligently identify prospects for the solutions they offer, meeting,
engaging, and developing a relationship with the decision makers  based on knowledge of the company’s products and services, understanding of the customer’s needs and respect for the value of the business and the partnership between the two companies.

The Money!
A basic salary of up to €65,000 based on the experience and record of the individual, plus a realistic, achievable and uncapped commission structure which is focused on achieving and exceeding targets and is uncapped.

Additionally, a fully expensed company car or equivalent allowance, Group health scheme and pension scheme adds further benefit, as will the level of training provided.
