The Initial Activities
Our trainee recruiter program lasts for around six months before graduating to our ‘associate recruiter’ position, rewarded with the responsibility of managing your own desk.
Working with a mentor, as a trainee recruiter you will:
• Learn the business and processes of a progressive and leading recruitment agency, end-to-end, including every aspect of the recruitment cycle.
• Learn sales and closing concepts and techniques
• Learn about software technology
• Learn how to create accurate and results driven advertising
• Learn how to identify, open and maintain relationships with key candidates and employers
Entry Experience Achieved
Previous experience of working in a recruitment environment is not required, because as you can see, comprehensive and continual training is given!
However, you will have worked in an outward bound sales environment for a minimum of one year preferably within a B2B or IT environment, and be able to demonstrate some of the following: prospecting, presenting the value proposition, un-covering and dealing with buying resistance and closing.
OR
Have a 3rd level qualification in a related discipline such as business, management, IT or HR.
In either case, you will have:
